PaOnlineCasino.com covers the legislative efforts to regulate online poker and casino games in Pennsylvania.  Rep. John Payne has taken the lead in the efforts to legalize online gaming in the state. Payne’s HB 649 would legalize online poker and house-banked casino games to players within the borders of the state.

Pennsylvania looks to be the third state to legalize online casinos and fourth to legalize online poker. Delaware and New Jersey already offer safe, regulated online casino and poker games.  Nevada spreads just online poker.  All are regulated by the same gaming commissions that oversee the state’s brick-and-mortar casinos.

PaOnlineCasino.com looks forward to covering the path of online gaming regulation.
