Colin Cowherd had an awful 1-7 weekend of picks.

He got bit by “dogs.”

His college football underdog selections proved to be toothless. For the season, Cowherd’s college picks stink more than a wet pup. He is 0-10. All three picks of his Marquee 3 Super Boost selections need to be correct for sports bettors to cash at +800 instead of +600. He was wrong on all three this past week.

Cowherd mostly stuck with the favorites for his Blazin 5′ picks. But on Sunday, the dogs had their day and Cowherd posted another 1-4 week. It’s his third one-win performance in the past four weeks. It meant no odds boost on FOX Bet wagers for PA sports bettors.

For the third week in a row, Cowherd’s lock/favorite pick of the week failed to deliver. He picked the Browns (-3.5) and said:

“It’s going to be an utter blowout and you’ll see it early.”

The Browns lost to the Broncos 24-19.

Each week we track all of Cowherd’s picks so you can know how he is faring before you follow his bets on your PA sports betting apps.

Cowherd’s college football Week 10 picks

Here are Cowherd’s Marquee 3 Super Boost college football picks for college football’s Week 10.

#8 Georgia vs. #6 Flordia (+6.5)

Colin’s pick: Florida

Colin’s final score: Georgia 24, Florida 23

Cowherd said: “We don’t know what Georgia is. Now the Notre Dame win doesn’t look like anything because Notre Dame got their ears boxed by Michigan. I love their athletes and I like their coach. They have more good players in this game. But Jake Fromm has dropped off the past two weeks. He’s given you 160 yards a game, one touchdown, and three picks in the last two games. Florida is really well-coached. They’ve won 11 of 12. They have the best defense in the SEC and two starters come back off injury. I think Florida is still a year away. I think Georgia’s got better players, but I’m betting a number here.”

Actual final score: Georgia 24, Floria 17

#9 Utah vs. WAshington (+3)

Colin’s pick: Washington

Colin’s final score: Washington 24, Utah 23

Cowherd said: “This is an easy one. Washington has dominated this series. They are at home, off a bye, and off a loss. Utah is a very good team but they only throw on 36% of their plays. They can be predictable. Chris Peterson is a great coach. Off his last eighteen byes, he is 18-0 straight up. After his last nine losses at Washington, he is 9-0. This is a team that is a year away. They upset Utah who can be pretty predictable on offense.”

Actual final score: Utah 33, Washington 28

#7 oregon vs. USC (+4.5)

Colin’s pick: USC

Colin’s final score: USC 33, Oregon 30

Cowherd said: “This is another easy one. USC is going to replace their coach at the end of the year. It’s not like Clay Helton’s been man-overboard. They don’t beat great teams but Oregon is not a great team. USC is at home, where they are very good. Oregon hasn’t beat a ranked team this year. Oregon’s been lucky. They survived the last two weeks against Washington and Washington State. The Ducks defense has dropped off dramatically. USC is just a different team at the Coliseum. They are 23-3 in their last 26 home games. In their last nine home games against ranked teams, they are actually pretty good, 8-1. The one thing USC does, they can throw it down the field and Oregon is susceptible to that. And USC gets after the quarterback. When they go on the road Oregon makes mistakes. USC gets the upset. This will be a wild, high scoring game.”

Actual final score: Oregon 56, USC 24

Colin Cowherd’s Week 9 NFL picks

Here are Cowherd’s Blazin’ 5 picks for  Week 9.

Indianapolis Colts (-1.5) vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Colin’s pick: Colts

Colin’s final score: Colts 26, Steelers 23

Cowherd said: “I think the Colts are playing for a division. Houston and the Colts are playing for that division. Jacksonville and Tennessee aren’t far behind, so there is a real sense of urgency for the Colts. James Connor, the running back, not practicing for the Steelers, so they won’t be able to run the ball and have an incredibly limited passing offense. The Colts used to be an Andrew Luck story, now they are a defensive story. Their defense in October is fifth in points allowed, eighth in sacks, tied for fifth in third-down percentage. I think they are very well-coached. They are on a three-game winning streak. Their defense is playing excellent football.”

Actual final score: Steelers 26, Colts 24

Did Colin win? No

Detroit Lions vs. Oakland Raiders (-2.5)

Colin’s pick: Raiders

Colin’s final score: Raiders 31, Lions 24

Cowherd said: “This is a game that is interesting. Oakland has not played at home for a long time. That fanbase is going to be crazy. Matt Stafford is sick. Has a cold. Not going at full-strength. Detroit’s beat-up physically. Meanwhile the Raiders, think about how tough their schedule has been, and here they are, a pretty darn good football team. And all I gotta give up is less than a field goal. The Detroit Lions are great in the first quarter. They are dreadful everywhere else. Derek Carr in the last month has been on fire. He’s in a groove with Jon Gruden, completing 71% of his throws .”

Actual final score: Raiders 31, Lions 24

Did Colin win? Yes

Cleveland Browns (-3.5) vs. Denver Broncos

Colin’s pick: Browns

Colin’s final score: Browns 33 Broncos 10

Cowherd said: “One of my bets of the year. I’ll take Cleveland to blow out the Broncos. Denver has nothing to play for. They are starting a quarterback, Brandon Allen, who has never taken an NFL snap. It’s one of the worst offensive lines and maybe the worst left tackles in the NFL. Cleveland’s defense is as healthy as it’s been all year. The Broncos have 27 sacks. Bottom six in the league. The Browns are top six in sacks. This is a pop-gun offense now with a backup quarterback. Nick Chubb witll take the pressure off Baker. It’s going to be an utter blowout and you’ll see it early.”

For Week 8, Cowherd’s “favorite pick of the week” Carolina (+6) turned into a laugher for those who choose to fade Cowherd and for the 49ers, who cruised to a 51-13 win.

For Week 7, his “lock pick of the year,” the Giants (-3) turned out to be a loser.

Actual final score: Broncos 24, Browns 19

Did Colin win? No

Green Bay Packers (-3.5) vs. Los Angeles Chargers

Colin’s pick: Packers

Colin’s final score: Packers 27 Chargers 23

Cowherd said: “It’s actually a home game for the Packers. They are suggesting it will be the most lopsided road crowd in the Chargers brief history at their stadium. Eighty percent Packer fans. The Chargers offensive line is weak. They can’t run the ball. Phillip Rivers is now an older unathletic quarterback. They just struggle to get consistent yards. Green Bay, best defense in years, best running game in years. Now, they get Davante Adams back. Aaron Rodgers the last two weeks without him has been absolutely on fire. He leads the league in TD/INT ratio and passer rating. Phillip Rivers last week threw for 200 yards.”

Actual final score: Chargers 26, Packers 11

Did Colin win? No

new England Patriots (-3) vs. Baltimore Ravens

Colin’s pick: New England

Colin’s final score: Patriots 30, Ravens 23

Cowherd said: “I’m going to take the Patriots. Don’t overthink the room on this. Baltimore’s big win is Seattle. I’m not sure how good Seattle is. They are like a football away from battling for fourth in their division. Baltimore is a good team. They aren’t a special team. Lamar Jackson is fun and can run like crazy. But New England controls the football. Mohamed Sanu, Edelman, Jakobi Myers, middle of the field. New England’s defense is first in everything. Patriots have won 21 straight games against first or second-year quarterbacks. New England’s going to control the ball, middle of the field, take a lead. Young quarterback against a great defense. Now with Sanu, there is more of an identity with New England’s offense. This is an easy three to swallow. This is not Baltimore of old. Their offense is far more productive than their defense.”

Actual final score: Ravens 37, Patriots 20
