Colin Cowherd‘s perfect Blazin 5’ season got doused by a poor performance Week 6.

Cowherd called it a rebound week with his “lock pick of the year.” He also pointed out that he rarely had back-to-back losing weeks.

He did have a rebound week, going 3-2 on NFL picks. When three of his Blazin’ 5 NFL betting picks cover, sports bettors in Pennsylvania using the FOX Bet Sportsbook can double their money with FOX Bet’s odds boost on the wagers.

However, his “pick of the year,” the Giants (-3), turned out to be a dud.

His college football picks continue to fail to make the grade. Cowherd is 0-8. If all three of his Marquee 3 Super Boost college football picks are correct, sports bettors cash at +800 instead of +600.

Each week we track all of Cowherd’s picks so you can know how he is faring before you follow his bets on your PA sports betting apps.

Cowherd’s college football Week 8 picks

Here are Cowherd’s Marquee 3 Super Boost college football picks for college football’s Week 8.

#9 Florida (-5) vs. SOuth Carolina

Colin’s pick: Florida

Colin’s final score: Florida 30, South Carolina 20

Cowherd said: “I’ll take Florida to win big. South Carolina upset Georgia but if you look at the numbers they were totally dominated in that game. Georgia kept turning the ball over. Florida’s quarterback Kyle Trask has been great in the last couple games against LSU and Auburn. Florida’s defense is also the better one in this game. Florida’s defense is second in the SEC in fewest points allowed, first in takeaways, and first in sacks. Watch out! The Florida Gators are back. Dan Mullen’s got a team. They did it with Spurrier and Urban Meyer. They’ll win comfortably.”

Actual final score: Florida 38, South Carolina 27

#12 oregon vs. #25 washington (+3)

Colin’s pick: Washington

Colin’s final score: Washington 24, Oregon 23

Cowherd said: “Oregon, in the last four years against ranked teams, they’ve not been a step-up program. They are 3-9. They’ve not been good out of Autzen. Jacob Eason is a first-round NFL quarterback. Both teams have a great quarterback. Eason has been great at Husky Stadium. Oregon’s offense has been up and down this year. Washington’s defense is easily the best they’ll face in the conference this year.”

Actual final score: Oregon 35, Washington 31

#16 Michigan vs. #7 penn state (-9)

Colin’s pick: Penn State

Colin’s final score: Penn State 28, Michigan 14

Cowherd said: “I’m done with Harbaugh’s crappy offense. It’s one of those White Out games and Penn State has been very good in those. The home team has won this matchup the last three years by 25-plus points. Harbaugh, as an underdog, never won at Michigan. Michigan is 1-19 in their last 20 against Top Ten teams including eleven straight on the road. Michigan’s offense is so bad it’s ranked tenth, eleventh, twelveth, thirteenth in the Big Ten! They are terrible at everything. Penn State’s defense is really good. They have NFL bodies on that defense. I think their defense stomps Michigan.”

Actual final score: Penn State 28, Michigan 21

Colin Cowherd’s Week 7 NFL picks

“This week is a the numbers lined up. I feel very good about these picks.”

Here are Colin Cowherd’s Week 7 Blazin’ 5 picks:

Los Angeles Rams (-2.5) vs. Atlanta Falcons

Colin’s pick: Rams

Colin’s final score: Rams 28 , Falcons 21

Cowherd said: “Adding Jalen Ramsey buoyes a locker room. I think Atlanta has quit. Jared Goff is fine when he is comfortable. Atlanta’s defense makes everybody comfortable. They are terrible. This means Goff has time to throw and Todd Gurley returns. This is a team that is playing for something. There is urgency here for the Rams. I think the Atlanta locker room has bailed. It’s season over, new coach soon.”

Actual final score: Rams 37, Falcons 10

Did Colin win? Yes

Houston Texans vs. Indianapolis Colts (-1)

Colin’s pick: Colts

Colin’s final score: Colts 28, Texans 24

Cowherd said: “Like it, I absolutely love the Colts at -1. All byes are not created equal. I like well-run teams, smarty-coached teams off a bye. They take bigger advantage of it. Jacoby Brissett is 3-0 against Houston and has a passer rating close to 100. He’s only been sacked six times this year, second-fewest in the NFL. He’ll have time to throw. The Colts are also the least penalized team in the NFL. They are, structurally, the closest thing to New England in the league. They don’t make mistakes, they run the ball, and they protect the quarterback.”

Actual final score: Colts 30, Texans 23

Did Colin win? Yes

Arizona Cardinals vs. Giants (-3)

Colin’s pick: Giants

Colin’s final score: Giants 36,  Cardinals 24

Cowherd said: “One of my picks of the year. Arizona won last week but was dominated the last half of that game. They were pushed around the field. Saquon Barkley comes back. Evan Engram comes back. Daniel Jones, when he has a running game and time to throw, he completes over 60% of his passes and they are 2-0. Arizona’s defense is 30th and 29th in everything. Daniel Jones will be comfortable. I get warm weather dome team going to the chilly Northeast. I think it’s one of the blowouts of the weekend. ”

Actual final score: Cardinals 27, Giants 21

Did Colin win? No

Baltimore Ravens (+3) vs. Seattle Seahawks

Colin’s pick: Ravens

Colin’s final score: Ravens 24, Seahawks 20

Cowherd said: “Counterintuitive. I’m going with Baltimore. I have some fears. It’s called Russell Wilson winning the game because he is a magician. Baltimore is sneaky. Number one in the league in rushing yards, time of possession, and total offense. Keep Russell Wilson off the field. I like Seattle but this year they have had to depend on turnovers. They never last. They got lucky last week. I think Baltimore got a bye coming up and this going to be big for them. John Harbaugh against Pete Carroll, a little USC/Stanford animosity.”

Actual final score: Ravens 30, Seahawks 16

Did Colin win?  Yes

Philadelphia eagles (+2.5) vs. Dallas cowboys

Colin’s pick: Eagles

Colin’s final score: Eagles 27, Cowboys 20

Cowherd said: “The Eagles have won 6 of 9 at Dallas. I think they match up very well against Dallas. Dallas’ offensive line is beat up and I love the Eagles’ defensive front. The Eagles’ issue is secondary. Jalen Mills is coming back and Ronald Darby, who is special, did practice this week. That secondary is going to be better if not spectacular. When talented teams are humiliated they almost always bounce back. Philadelphia was humiliated. The Eagles are 16-7 when Carson Wentz doesn’t have a pick. The Cowboys don’t intercept the football.”

Actual final score: Cowboys 37, Eagles 10

Did Colin win? No
