FanDuel is taking the mantra “Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner” to a whole new level. The well-known PA online casino has launched a new promotion for all new players in live casino states, including Pennsylvania.
The new promo builds on the brand’s “Winning is Undefeated” campaign, while providing a crispy and delicious prize.
FanDuel Casino’s ‘Winner Winner Chicken Dinner’ promo runs through August
To be eligible for the latest FanDuel promotion, new users must register for a new FanDuel online casino account between the qualifying dates (May 18 – Aug. 1) and have made an initial deposit of at least $1.
Eligible players have the opportunity to win an entire year’s worth of free chicken dinners. New users can also get up to $2,000 back via a casino bonus. Every Friday, one lucky winner will be selected for a $5,000 gift card.
“We know that winning is undefeated and what better way to celebrate a win than with a chicken dinner,” Daniele Phillips, FanDuel Casino’s Vice President of Brand Strategy said in a press release. “We’re excited to launch Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. And we are thrilled to have Jennifer Carroll introduce a new fried chicken dish to help the city of Philadelphia celebrate victory.”
Jennifer Carroll is a well-known figure in Philadelphia’s food scene and was a finalist on Bravo’s Top Chef. She created a custom fried chicken dish for the promotion and helped FanDuel launch a pop-up chicken shop in Philly’s Old City district for two days last week.
Valley Forge and FanDuel surge ahead of Rivers Philadelphia
The chicken dinner promotion arrives following a strong month for FanDuel. FanDuel PA Casino helped push Valley Forge Casino Resort (which also claims Stardust Casino) into second place in online casino revenue for April. The April numbers vaulted Valley Forge past Rivers Casino Philadelphia (BetRivers Casino, Borgata and Sugarhouse), which has traditionally held the second spot.
Hollywood Penn National is still a clear front runner with more than $72 million in April online casino revenue. However, Valley Forge and FanDuel’s collective progress has to be encouraging for executives. The brand had been gaining on Rivers Casino Philadelphia in recent months and finally made the leap forward last month with more than $36 million in earnings.
Table game production is especially strong at FanDuel Casino PA
The Valley Forge brand seems to possess a clear edge in table games, including roulette and blackjack. Valley Forge claimed almost $13 million in table game revenue in April. Meanwhile, the total for Rivers Casino Philadelphia was only $3.6 million in that category.
Hollywood Penn National led in table game revenue in April, as well (about $17.7 million), but the edge here is much closer than in some other categories.
For the year, Hollywood Casino remains the overall leader with nearly $285 million in total online casino revenue in 2023. The Hollywood brand also leads in every major gaming category (slots, table games and poker), too.
Rivers Casino Philadelphia ($140,484,515) is second currently in yearly revenue with a slim lead over Valley Forge ($138,404,034). However, that margin could very well disappear once the May numbers are released.
Could PA online casino revenue climb past $200 million soon?
Overall, Pennsylvania’s online casino market seems especially robust. April was the fifth straight month that PA online casinos exceeded $160 million in total revenue. Those April numbers also produced the second-highest monthly total ever ($167.2 million), following a record-breaking haul ($181.5 million) in March.
Now, May is almost over with Memorial Day on the horizon. New totals will be released soon and perhaps FanDuel’s chicken dinner promotion will push its profits even higher.
