We have reached the final week of the 2022 NFL season, with Week 18 taking place Saturday and Sunday.

Some teams are fighting for playoff spots, while others are jockeying for seeding positions. More have their sights set on playing the spoiler role, even if some fans prefer a loss to climb up in the draft order.

Regardless, betting lines are hot, and Colin Cowherd has his last set of Blazin’ 5 picks for the regular season. They’ve come out all season long on Friday at 1 p.m. ET on his show, The Herd, with Cowherd presenting his five favorite games of the week and why he likes them.

We outline Cowherd’s picks below, adding a slate of additional picks from industry experts, the Barstool Sports Advisors, ESPN’s Erin Dolan and TheLines.com’s Eli Hershkovich.

Once you decide whose picks you’re on board with, head over to PA online sportsbooks to jump on the best available lines.

Colin Cowherd’s Blazin’ 5 record

Colin Cowherd is having his best season yet and hopes to finish strong this weekend after a 1-3 showing in Week 17. Barring a catastrophic weekend, Cowherd is also in great shape to have a winning record since 2019. His five-year record to date is 164-161-10.

  • 2022: 41-35-3
  • 2021: 37-43-2
  • 2020: 40-41-2
  • 2019: 46-42-3

Week 17 Win:

  • Miami Dolphins (+2.5) at New England Patriots (Final Score: Patriots 23, Dolphins 21)

Week 17 Losses:

  • New England Jets (-1.5) at Seattle Seahawks (Final Score: Seahawks 23, Jets 6)
  • San Francisco 49ers (-9.5) at Las Vegas Raiders (Final Score: 49ers 37, Raiders 34)
  • Minnesota Vikings (+3) at Green Bay Packers (Final Score: Packers 41, Vikings 17)

Week 18 picks from The Herd

“All right, so I’m at 54% for the year. I want to get to 55. Here we go!”

Kansas City Chiefs at Las Vegas Raiders (+9.5)

Cowherd pick: Raiders

Final score prediction: Chiefs 27, Raiders 23

Cowherd said:

“It’s a rivalry game. I’m gonna take the 9.5 points with the Raiders. By the way, Patrick Mahomes, as great as he is, is a bad cover quarterback when he’s favored by a touchdown, remarkably so.

“Last seven games, the Raiders are 5-2 against the spread. They want to go into the offseason with a positive vibe. Thirteen of their games have been decided by under a touchdown, and again, this is a rivalry game.

“The Chiefs, 1-4 against the spread in the last five. They’re not great as a big favorite. What are they actually playing for? I think the Raiders are playing for pride, to put stuff on tape. Jarrett Stidham played very well last week against the Niners. I think they’re competitive. I’m gonna take the Raiders to lose but cover. Chiefs win 27-23, typical AFC West game.”

Final Score: Raiders 31, Chiefs 13

Tennessee Titans (+6) at Jacksonville Jaguars

Cowherd pick: Titans

Final score prediction: Titans 24, Jaguars 23

Cowherd said:

“I don’t understand this line. I love the Titans. Like it? I love it! Titans +6. They’ve won five of their last six games against the Jaguars, and the Titans are very good against .500 teams or worse. The Jags are 8-8. Derrick Henry, against the Jags, has always been a complete handful.

“And again, the Jaguars’ last two wins have come against teams playing multiple quarterbacks. The Texans with Davis Mills and Jeff Driskel, and the Jets with Zach Wilson and Chris Streveler. It’s a young team, Jacksonville. Six giveaways in their last three games. They can get sloppy. I’m gonna take the Titans in a division rivalry game +6, an upset win. The Titans pull off the upset 24-23 over the Jags.”

Final Score: Jaguars 20, Titans 16

Did Colin Cowherd Win? Yes

Cleveland Browns (+2.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers

Cowherd pick: Browns

Final score prediction: Browns 20, Steelers 17

Cowherd said:

“Another division rivalry and I’m gonna take the underdog. I’m gonna take the Browns +2.5 at the Steelers. The Steelers don’t score points. I mean, Pittsburgh, if you go look, they’ve been held under 20 points four of the last five games, and they’ve played seven straight close games. Diontae Johnson is hurt. Minkah Fitzpatrick’s hurt.

“Deshaun Watson, last week against a pretty good defense, is improving. They got big rushing yards against the Commanders. Amari Cooper had a big day; Nick Chubb had a big day. I think they’re a team getting better. I think they’re gonna upset the Steelers in a very, very competitive game. These games in this division – when you can take points in the AFC North, do. Browns win over the Steelers 20-17.”

Final Score: Steelers 28, Browns 14

Los Angeles Rams (+6) at Seattle Seahawks

Cowherd pick: Rams

Final score prediction: Rams 27, Seahawks 20

Cowherd said:

“I love the way the Rams are playing. I’m gonna take the Rams +6 here. (Sean) McVay, in 12 games against Pete Carroll, has won eight of them. Their offense, they have 150-plus rushing yards in back-to-back games. Cam Akers has arrived. Multiple takeaways in five-of-six games.

“I gotta be honest with you. Baker Mayfield’s been good. Four games, completion percentage back into the high 60s. Passer rating mid-90s. He’s got a running game, so he’s throwing on second-and-five and third-and-two. I like what I see from Baker Mayfield.

“And Seattle’s defense is atrocious. They’ve gotta take some draft capital and shore it up on the inside. Kenneth Walker’s banged up; he was sick this week. I think the Rams – this is what they’ve been prone to do – beat the Seahawks 27-20.”

Final Score: Seahawks 19, Rams 16

Did Colin Cowherd Win? Yes

Los Angeles Chargers at Denver Broncos (-2.5)

Cowherd pick: Broncos

Final score prediction: Broncos 27, Chargers 24

Cowherd said:

“My only favorite I’ll take. I’m gonna take the Denver -2.5 at home. The Broncos have scored 24-plus points in three of their last four games. The Broncos, three-plus touchdowns in three of their last four games. And we know this is an unbelievable defense. Opposing quarterbacks’ passer rating this year against the Broncos, 81. And Justin Herbert, in Week 6, struggled against this defense.

“The Chargers are built to play with a lead, but they often fall behind. They’ve been held to 20 points or fewer in four of their last five road games. Again, their last three wins: Rams, Colts and Titans, who had to go to Malik Willis.

“I just think, Denver, this means a lot for them. Positive vibes going into the offseason. Feeling good. A little momentum. We know they need it. Do the Chargers? I’m gonna have Denver to win and cover, 27-24. You get these division rivalry games, four out of the five picks, I’m taking points.”

Final Score: Broncos 31, Chargers 28

NFL Week 18 expert picks roundup

Barstool Sports Advisors ‘mortal locks’

The Barstool Sports Advisors cast of Stu Feiner, Dan ”Big Cat” Katz and Jerry “The Kid” Thornton has one of the most exciting segments on the internet, posting their “mortal locks” before kickoff each Sunday on Twitter

As always, please remember always to bet responsibly. No pick claimed to be a “lock” is ever guaranteed, nor should it be taken as such.

  • Feiner: Washington Commanders (+7) vs. Dallas Cowboys – Win
  • Big Cat: Carolina Panthers at New Orleans Saints (Over 41.5) – Loss
  • Jerry The Kid: New York Jets (+2) at Miami Dolphins – Loss

Erin Dolan – ‘Dolan out winners’

Erin Dolan is active on Twitter and YouTube throughout the week, including her weekly ESPN segment, ‘Dolan out winners.’ Throughout the year, Dolan has increased the number of player props on her card and has shown success in that arena.

Like Cowherd, Week 17 was unkind to Dolan, who posted a 1-3 record. She incorrectly predicted a pair of anytime touchdowns for Justin Fields and Miles Sanders and that the Carolina Panthers would cover a three-point spread against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Her lone win was another player prop (Tyler Huntley under 37.5 rushing yards).

Week 18 Picks:

  • Philadelphia Eagles (-6.5 1st Half) vs. New York Giants on FanDuel Sportsbook – Win
  • Deshaun Watson (Anytime INT) – Win
  • Ja’Marr Chase (Under 6.5 receptions) – Loss

Eli Hershkovich

After going 2-0 for three straight weeks, TheLines.com’s Eli Hershkovich missed on his only pick in Week 17. He sided with the New York Jets, who traveled across the country and lost 24-6 to the Seattle Seahawks.

Week 18 picks:

  • Tennessee Titans (+6.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars – Win
  • Detroit Lions at Green Bay Packers (Under 49.5) – Win

If Hershkovich takes any more lines, we’ll add them here. Regardless, check back Monday morning to see how our entire panel of experts fared.
