PA Lottery $5 Million Prize

The PA Lottery announced last Friday that a player at the Herr Quick Stop in Harrisburg purchased a $5 Million Money Maker Scratch-Off ticket that won the massive prize.

The $5 Million Money Maker is a $50 scratch-off game that offers five top prizes of $5 million and over $285 million in total cash prizes.

Beyond the grand prizes, there are over 145,000 other prizes that range between $500 to $10,000.

April already producing big prizes for PA Lottery players

The $5 million scratch-off win highlights what has been a productive April for lottery players. Here are some of the big wins:

  • A lottery player in Westmoreland County near Pittsburgh won $1 million on a Cash King scratch-off ticket on April 1.
  • A Match 6 Lotto ticket worth $1.57 million arrived in the April 1 drawing after being sold at a GIANT grocery store in Hatfield, in Montgomery County.
  • A player in Selinsgrove won $300,000 (minus withholding) on a Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket in the April 4 drawing. The winning ticket matched all five balls drawn 4-8-25-29-38 to earn the prize.
  • Two Powerball players have earned $100,000 each with recent wins. A player in Windber, Somerset County matched four of five Powerballs in the April 2nd drawing.
    • Then, several days later, a player in Edwardsville, Luzerne County, matched four of five white balls in the April 11th drawing to earn the six-figure prize.
  • The April 13th Cash 5 with Quick Cash drawing produced an even larger prize. A winning ticket sold at a Speedway in Oakmont matched all five balls drawn (6-9-34-41-42) to win $703,720 before withholding.
  • On April 15th, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced that a Giant Eagle in Waynesburg (Greene County) sold a $1,000,000 Merry and Bright Scratch-Off ticket that won the top prize, $1 million.
  • And two days later, in the April 16th drawing, a Powerball player from Bucks County matched four of the five white balls drawn and the red Powerball (26) to win $250,000.

My Three Million promises big payouts too

With so many active games, there will certainly be more eye-popping PA Lottery jackpots before the month is over.

One of the other prospects for a huge payout is the new scratch-off game My Three Million. The $30 card features five top prizes of $3 million and over $158 million in total cash prizes.
