The Pennsylvania Lottery announced two major prizes won by players over the past week. The PA Lottery winners hit big in the same week.
A ticket sold in Pittston won the Match 6 jackpot for $1.52 million on Thursday the 18th. A quick-pick ticket sold in Reading collected a jackpot worth over $166,000 on Sunday, November 21st.
The ticket sold Sunday was for the PA Lottery’s Bang Boom Ka-Pow instant game. The $5 Fast Play ticket was sold at a Rite Aid on Perkiomen Avenue in Reading in Berks County.
The payout came to $166,101.
The $1.52 million winning numbers of 9-11-15-22-25-28 drawn were sold at a convenience store on South Main Street in Pittston in Luzerne County.
- The location that sold the winning ticket will receive a $10,000 bonus.
- The holder will get $1.52 million, minus withholdings.
- The ticket is one of over 46,700 winners from the November 18th drawing.
What is Bang Boom Ka-Pow?
The instant game offers on-the-spot prizes, with progressive payouts starting at $50,000. Pennsylvania Lottery Fast Play games offer the thrills and quick payouts of scratch-off tickets without the effort (or mess) of scratching.
What is The Match 6 Lotto?
Match 6 Lotto is a game in which players pay $2 and choose six numbers from 1 to 49 or they can have the computer randomly choose their numbers for them. The computer then randomly selects an additional two sets of six numbers, for three lines of six numbers each or 18 numbers total.
How to win?
Players can win up to four times on each ticket. That means they can win once on each of three lines, as well as combining all 18 numbers for the combined play winnings.
Coincidence or luck? Who knows, and who will it be next with the big winning lotto ticket. Congratulations to all the big winners, and we look forward to sharing more winner stories soon!
