Perhaps the second time can be a charm.
Through July 22, the Pennsylvania Lottery is offering all losing tickets another chance. The Sunny Money Second-Chance Drawing offers over $300,000 in cash prizes. And some of that money is reserved specifically for the PA online lottery.
Players are encouraged to keep all tickets from the following games:
- Pick 2, 3, 4, 5
- Treasure Hunt
- Cash 5 with Quick Cash
- Match 6 Lotto
- Cash4Life
- Powerball
- Mega Millions
- Keno
PA Lottery Sunny Money Second-Chance Drawing details
With a little luck, losing tickets from those games can become winners. The Sunny Money Second-Chance Drawing prizes include:
- Three top prizes of $50,000 each
- Ten prizes of $10,000
- Fifty prizes of $1,000
- Fifty prizes of $100 for online play
Other tickets can also receive a multiplier that pays out ten times the money.
To enter the second-chance drawing, players will need to create an account at the PA Lottery website and submit their tickets on the Sunny Money Second-Chance Drawing page.
Winners will be notified via email. The drawing winners will also be posted at palottery.com as soon as they are available, as well as on the Winners page of the PA Lottery website.
Online players can get two free Mega Millions tickets
The PA Lottery is celebrating summer with a few other promotions as well.
The Mega Multiplier coupon promotion is running through the end of June. If you play $25 on the Mega Multiplier online game, you can receive a coupon for two draws of the Mega Millions with Megaplier (a $6 value) to redeem at any PA Lottery retailer.
Players must opt in to special offer emails and/or texts in order to receive the promotion. The coupon for the Mega Millions draw will then be sent via email or text.
That promotion ends on June 30.
Deposit bonus can add $500 to your lottery account
Online lottery players can also boost their bankrolls with some extra incentives this summer. Players who use the code PLAY20 on their first deposit at the PA Lottery site will receive a 100% match, up to $500 total in bonus money.
To claim the deposit bonus:
- Log in or sign up for a PA iLottery account.
- Go to the Cashier page and select your payment type. Enter the promo code: PLAY20 (*case sensitive)
- Make a Deposit of at least $10 to be eligible for a 100% Deposit Match.
- A $500 deposit gets you the maximum $500 Bonus Money.
- You must play through your deposit and bonus 1X before Bonus Money is converted to cash.
*Players must be located within Pennsylvania at the time of play.
